What is the minimum order quantity?
We manufacture single pieces and prototypes as well as small and large series. There is no fixed minimum order quantity. Contact us for a customized quote.
How long does it take to manufacture a prototype?
The manufacturing time depends on the complexity of the instrument. Typically, we can deliver simple prototypes within 2-3 weeks. More complex parts require 4-6 weeks.
What materials can you process?
We work with a variety of medical materials, including stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4571), titanium, aluminum and special alloys. All materials comply with medical standards and are biocompatible.
Are you ISO 13485 certified?
Yes, we have been certified according to DIN EN ISO 13485:2016 since October 2022. This is the international standard for quality management systems in medical technology.
Do you also offer design services?
Yes, we support you from the first idea to the finished product. Our team creates CAD models, prototypes and optimizes designs for CNC manufacturing. We are happy to advise you on all technical questions.
